One of the biggest keys to achieving good

health is building a robust and diverse

microbiome.

The microbiome is the

genetic material of all the microbes

- bacteria, fungi, protozoa and viruses - that

live on and inside the human body.

The bacteria in the microbiome help us

digest our food, regulate our immune

system, protect against other bacteria that

cause disease. It also produces vitamins

including B vitamins: B12, thiamine, riboflavin,

and Vitamin K, which is needed for blood

coagulation (Hair and Sharp, 2014).

One big way to feed and support the

growth of a healthy microbiome is to eat a

variety of high fiber foods, particularly

Seeds, Berries and Vegetables. The recipes

in this FREE booklet BNH is providing do just that.

Read through the recipes and aim to pick out at least 1

- 2 recipes that you can incorporate into

your daily routine.
